I hereby authorise Netvest consultancy to act as company secretaries in my/our behalf to register and offer related services on behalf of my/our company. I indemnify Netvest consultancy from any responsibility, mistakes or errors arising from incorrect information submitted on this form or from mistakes made by the Registrar’s office. If the Registrar rejects my selection of names, the registration process will be delayed by a further six (6) working days to allow for the processing of new names. I will also need to supply Netvest consultancy with a new name list. I agree to register my company in accodance to the Registration Process as prescribed by Netvest cpnsultancy. The registration will take approximately seven to twelve (12) working days. This period will be divided into two; the first six (6) working days for the name search and another six (6) for the actual registration.
